Staff’s Profile Manager, Outsourcing Division

After graduating from university, worked in a different field from accounting, through self-study of accounting, felt deep interest and aptitude for accounting/finance-related work, and was determined to become an "accounting professional." Since entering Sunrise in 2013, was responsible for daily accounting tasks, settlement of accounts, report preparation, etc. at a major international pharmaceutical company. Diligent working style was highly evaluated both inside and outside of the company, and in February 2017, was appointed as a manager.

Strive to further Develop myself and the Level of Service from the Extensive Accounting Experience

I joined Sunrise Accounting International in 2013 after working for a different industry, with a specific goal becoming an accounting professional in mind. . As each client’s business and accounting systems differ, I’ve gained a lot of experience since joining the company.
I have also proactively challenged new areas I had no experience with, which has improved my accounting skills and given me valuable experience. Currently I work full-time at a major foreign company as a team manager. In addition to daily accounting work , our team are entrusted with important tasks, including monthly and year-end closing.. I am responsible for ensuring our overall service quality.
What I have learned through a lot of experiences often helps me solve my client’s problems. This is the moment I feel so accomplished and rewarding.

Don’t Just Do the Work; Always Try to Add Extra Values

I always try to not only do the job we have been entrusted to do but also add extra value. For example, I try to deliver work a day earlier than the due date or make reports that are easier to understand. Thanks to my client’s client's trust in me, I am now being given a special project. As neither my client nor Sunrise has experience with this kind of project, the degree of difficulty is high, but I’m going to work hard to ensure that my client is satisfied with the end result.

After graduating from university in Japan, studied at a university in the US and obtained a US certified public accountant (USCPA) license. After entering Sunrise in 2010, utilized advanced English language ability and accounting literacy to actively handle international companies. Promoted to manager in 2010. Following childbirth and childcare leave, currently balances childcare while maintaining the same responsibilities as a manager.

More Opportunities by Gaining a Client’s Trust

Before joining Sunrise, I studied at an American university and also became a U.S. certified public accountant. Utilizing this background, I am now working on-site at a foreign company as a supervisor. I am in charge of various accounting work such as managing accounts receivable and issuing invoices. I also utilize my skills both in accounting and English to create reports in English for my client. I am also entrusted with handling communications with my client’s head office in the United States.
Although using Sunrise accounting outsourcing was my client’s first trial , we could have successfully established a trustful relationship with them. And now, I am being entrusted a wider range of work, from ordinary accounting to dealing with audits. During busy periods, such as when working on year-end closing, we are also able to flexibly respond to our client's needs through measures such as increasing the number of Sunrise staff assigned, which has led my client to say, "We can entrust Sunrise with our important tasks."

We at Sunrise aim for "value-added" accounting outsourcing services. It is our belief that accounting outsourcing should be a part of the service industry to provide clients with a high degree of satisfaction. After graduation, engaged in auditing-related duties at audit firm. Entered Sunrise in 2011. Possesses certified public accountant license. With high accounting literacy and strong sense of responsibility, has earned a high degree of trust both inside and outside the company, and has been assigned to play an important role by handling special projects requiring close collaboration with international staff, etc. In September 2016, became manager in fifth year after entering company.

Establishing Standard Procedures and Introducing a System for Preventing Mistakes

Accounting figures must be 100 % correct, but when the accounting is conducted by human beings, mistakes can occur. Thus, in addition to establishing standard operating procedures, Sunrise has created a double-checking system and other methods to prevent mistakes from happening.
In addition, I advise our staff to begin work after understanding the whole process - how their work will affect a client’s business. I believe quality improves by looking at figures not as just numbers but rather by gaining a dynamic awareness of how those numbers fit into the context of the overall process.

Every Single Work Leads to Our Service Level

We not only need to avoid mistakes with a high level of "Sensitivity," we also to to complete large volumes of work quickly and efficiently with "Simplicity." It is important to regard these two seemingly contradictory values as a set and work accordingly.
I am currently engaged in work related to the financial affairs of a major foreign company, and oversee all work involved. It is my biggest pleasure to know my client is satisfied with our work and trusts us. I will continue to do my best on every single job entrusted to me, so that more companies will make use of our "value-added" accounting outsourcing services.

At present, is responsible for the administration of the headquarters of Sunrise.

It Is Important to Understand How Each Company’s Accounting Methods Differ

Sunrise supports clients in a wide range of industries. With one hundred companies, there will be one hundred different accounting methods. In order to provide accounting services smoothly in such an environment, it is essential to have a solid understanding of a client’s overall business.
By gaining a comprehensive understanding of a client’s business, we can prepare ourselves proactively, such as predicting the seasonal work volume to secure the necessary manpower and preparing for the seasonal events like personnel/organizational changes.

Put Together a Team to Work on Providing Proactive Accounting Services

In order to provide a client with high quality of service consistently, Sunrise handles a client’s work on a team managed by a team manager. The team manager takes responsibility for the management of the team staff and the delivery and quality of work. Therefore, even in the unlikely event a staff member is replaced, we can prevent any problems by ensuring a smooth handover of that person's work to another member of the team. We aim for proactive service, which is only possible by making earnest efforts each day, including holding regular meetings with all staff to ensure everyone has the same vision and creating and maintaining precise work procedures.
I believe it’s important to think and react “flexibly”to any situation with“common sense” to provide the best possible service to a client. To achieve this, I will work on growing as a manager, while at the same time focusing even more on Sunrise staff development.

Following graduation from university worked at an audit firm and entered Sunrise in 2010. Since entering the company, has been highly evaluated for accounting literacy and practical ability to simultaneously handle multiple clients In August 2015, in order to utilize highly evaluated skills as an accounting specialist in the guidance and training of subordinates, was assigned to lead a large team as a manager.

Extensive Accounting Outsourcing Experience is One of Sunrise’s Advantages

With Sunrise's accounting outsourcing, we assign staff with the skills required to do the client's work while maintaining a thorough understanding of their business flow. We can also flexibly increase or decrease the number of staff on a team according to a client’s needs. Although there are also young staff members in their first year at Sunrise, a manager assigned to each client supervises all work to ensure the quality as a team. Thus, "creating an optimal team for a client" is one of our business competencies.
Sunrise also hires staff as full-time employees and trains them. All of us at Sunrise strive to support out clients every day under the beliefs that "accounting outsourcing is a part of the service industry" and "every staff member is a representative of the company."
